Seenly’s website lets you write a note in your own browser. What happens to your information depends on whether you share a note yourself, choose paid delivery, contact us, or shop.
Sharing a note
When you choose to copy or share a note yourself, your device handles that action. Seenly does not receive the note or the details of the person you choose to share it with through those actions.
Paid note delivery
When you choose “Send it for me,” you use a form provided by Fillout. The details you submit, including email addresses and note content, are collected through that form to arrange your paid note delivery and handle related questions.
Seenly does not use sender or recipient email addresses collected through the paid-note form for marketing. This also applies to email addresses previously collected through that form.
Form responses are stored through Fillout. You can read more about its handling of information in Fillout’s Privacy Policy.
Contact messages
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond to your enquiry. Submissions are stored through Theo and emailed to Seenly at hello@seenly.store.
Shopping with Seenly
Our shop uses Shopify for the shopping bag and checkout. Information you provide when ordering is used to process payment, fulfil your order, and provide order support. Checkout and payment information are handled through Shopify and its payment services.
Your browser stores a shopping bag identifier so your bag can be remembered when you return. See Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for information about Shopify’s own handling of personal information.
Website analytics
Seenly uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, including page visits and shopping activity. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information about your browser, device, and interactions with the site.

Your information and questions
Contact messages, paid-note submissions, and order records may remain stored in the services used to handle them. To ask about information Seenly holds about you, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@seenly.store. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
